Conditions and instructions for product returns

If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. After this period, it will not be possible to return the items. For the return to be valid, the products must be unused and in their original condition. Additionally, tags, stickers, and packaging must be complete and undamaged. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged due to improper use, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear.

If a return is requested after the 30-day period has expired, we will not be able to process it. To start the return process, please contact us at info@garciamoda.es.

How to return an item

To ensure a smooth return process, you must first contact us by sending an email to info@garciamoda.es with your order details, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, an image supporting it. Returns sent without our prior approval may not be processed. Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions, including the address to which you should send the item.

It is important that you pack the item securely to avoid damage during transport; if possible, we recommend using the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we suggest using a tracked service to ensure the shipment arrives correctly. When we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and proceed to process the corresponding refund.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed to process your refund. The amount will be returned to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must do so within 30 days from the delivery date. This process applies only to new items. First, contact us at info@garciamoda.es with your order details and the item you want to exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. After receiving the returned item, we will process and send the requested replacement.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@garciamoda.es. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already being prepared.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may return the item once received by following our returns procedure.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different item than what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take clear photos of the item, showing any visible damage or incorrect details, and send us an email at info@garciamoda.es including your order number and the images. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a solution, either a replacement or a refund.
